we have small task, but need it badly
we changed our category structure to a dropdown in header bit want it to have a animated pointing arrow with something like start here.
I alreasy looked for several options but cannot find a suitable arrow (best is a flashing one) pointing up to the categories dropdown with a text next to it start here
i privide a sort of example, the arrow is animated gif, so cannot rotate it up
