I need a website done from PSD to HTML/CSS. The site must have an EASY to use CMS, it must be fast (loading speed) and SEO optimized.
There are 4 pages:
Home, About Fish, Contact, and basket.

The site needs to haven an inventory system so that when an order is placed the site automatically removed them from the order pages its its always up to date with how many items are in stock. It also needs to have a places to change prices and the amount in stock.
The check out system will be like any other shopping cart showing which shipping method they would like by entering in their zip code. The payment will need paypal integration example picture below:

When an order is placed it will automatically send an email to the owner for them to prepare the order.
There will be 16 different types of inventory ranging from small to large and breeding fish.
