We are a training school, looking for a clear english spoken with no accent to work 2 task. 1) The rep will answer our phone calls providing information and order taking utilizing our question and answer database from potential customers. 2) The rep will be logged into to our web based chat function answering questions from students via our website.
the rep have a access to our database with basic Q&A, if the student is looking to register the rep will need to log all of the credit card info and email it to us, if the caller is looking to speak with a location directly the rep will need to take the information and email us immediately.
You must have access to a computer and you will need to sit in front of the computer during the entire day. You must have internet access. You must have a phone that can receive incoming call with clear reception. You must be well spoken with no accent. You must have good written communication skills.
Hours we are hiring for 2 shifts:
9am-9pm Monday – Saturday with a weekly pay rate of $100
9pm-9am Sunday – Friday with a weekly pay rate of $125
