I have a ready Made PSD for very small website.
You would need to build a wordpress small site in 2 Languages.
There are 5 pages each version – including Gallery and contact us, with nice flash touches at the main Header.
Of course you would need a very good design skills and must improve its looks.
You should use nice Gallery display under each page where admin can load additional photos also images at the contact us.
More work is pending for selected designer
