See the attachment. There are three drop-down menus. I want the first one next to “Major Concentration Field”. Second one at next to “Concentration Courses” and third one at “Concentration Courses”. However, i need another drop down menu next to the field which is under “Core Courses”. That drop down menu will have 3 options for each major concentration field which is 3. You are going to see the list of classes, majors and classes. I want them from a file or a source that can be modified easily. Also, when the user is done, there should be a bottom which will send the email to a person.
