You will be dealing with “2 Stars Marketing Inc.”. Full confidentiality of all the work is absolutely necessary.
This is an important project for our company. If you do not have the time and resources to complete the project milestones on time and in perfect working order, then please do not bid.
Once you are awarded the project, you will have firm deadlines to meet. If you do go over the deadlines, we will start taking off 5% of your pay per day.
If you still have not finished the project 10 days after the project deadline, then our contract with you will be terminated by us, and you will not receive any financial compensation.
Please bid on phase 1 of the project for now. Once we select you and do get good results from you, then we will post the second phase of the project. Your bid for phase 2 will be discussed in PMB. As you can see our company is willing to compensate you well, but only if you can prove to deliver flawless work to us, and provide us long term support. So your expertise is more important to us than money.
For this project we have the following milestones:
Phase 1:
We currently have a Real estate/Rentals website. You will need to replicate the site, and make everything work perfectly. We will only allow you 20 days to complete this job.
We will give you very clear outline of what needs to be done. This portion of the project will be a test to see how good you are in coding, and on time delivery of the projects.
This site will be the backbone of our site, and all other projects will be built on this platform.
We do also have very high expectations for the design of the sites,
Simple design work is not acceptable.
Real Estate/Rentals: 20 days, $500 CAD
