The component which needs BACK-END admin-side modifications is attached so you can review prior to your bid.
Modifications:
1. Fix menu inconsistencies in admin panel (list attached)
2. Admin side has an email feature integrated in Job Order detail form which will email all recruiters actively registered for the position—it should only email ones who are currently REGISTERED, not UNREGISTERED…the log lets users register, unregister, and re-register…so logic must be correct)…
IF a user is DISABLED in the system,
THEN, the email should NOT be sent to them even though they are currently registered.
3. Import Recruiter Registrations feature in Job Order Detail…place below “Recruiter Registrations” display a text box, where i can copy and paste emails like this

email2ATdomain.com
etcATetc.com
and the submit button will search user accounts with that email and “register” them for the job order.
then function will display & keep a log of the emails that could not be found.
