I’d like to be able to work with somesone to help me write up the functionalities of a website/web portal that I like to design.
Project write up is important to me to be able to hire a coder later who would understand what to build. I’d like to collect a mock samples of what the site would look (I keep images) in addition to a logo design.
This stage is important to me because I do not know what technology, ex: web language to ask for or amount of hosting, marketing functionalities on th eback end, etc.
My project: National (USA) real estate directory that would allow real estate agents the ability to exchange referrals.
