you have to access the site with a proxy server otherwise US developers only.
(1) add fields to DB
(2) based on selection from existing form, take unique identifier to to scrape 4 fields from url and another 4 fields from another url.
(3) create cron-job
(4) after search from site, download search results, allow user to selectt certain results, store those results into db
