I have a classifieds script: Oxy Classifieds.

I need to make a template for it. The template will bear the same look as:

I’ll need the color scheme changed like: www.i-celeb-x.com(remove-)
Now, the template should have the look as the zedeal link above, while it should retain the functionalities of the oxy classifieds script.
Budget is $200 now., and turnaround is as soon as you can.
I really need to complete this asap, and there have been 3 people working on it who could not complete it due to some reason or the other. So make sure You can do it before you make a bid.
I’m ready to pay you monthly maintenance after the website is complete. Moreover, I’ve a bulk of other projects available.
I’ve already paid for it three times, so needless to say, I won’t be dealing with any escrows or upfront guy. I simply do not have any problem if the website is hosted on your server until completion.
I need someone who can take it as challenge, and not as a normal work.
Hope there is someone here who may help out in this. and no “i can try” personnels please.
