Create interactive map of a river basin (MAP PROVIDED) that allows the website visitor to select which layers and information is displayed on the map, and displays non-map content in a manner that is attractive and informative.
• Layers include street map, aerials, videos, still images, and Flash animation. NOTE: All materials and graphics provided by client.
• Use well-documented, feature-specific configuration files that detail any assets (video, static imagery, etc.) that are loaded into the presentation layer so it is easy for client to edit, add or remove assets.
• Use the latest ESRI API for the javascript platform and ArcGIS Server 10 or latest version available (access provided, see below).
Acceptance: Testing on Internet Explorer 7.0 or later, Mozilla Firefox 3.0 or later, Apple Safari 5.0 or later and Google Chrome 7.0 or later.
