Site is currently built in the old ASP and needs to be updated to run more smoothly and be more user friendly for both the client and programmers. Clients handles all of their appraisals from the site. Access is password protected with different levels of access. The current site would have to continue to run without interruption while the new site is built, tested and then have the current site data incorporated into the new site without any loss of data. The new site backoffice would be built in stages, with testing done on each stage before proceeding to the next stage.
There is also application added that creates certain forms in a PDF format for emailing, along with a notes section where notes can be added from the appraiser, client, etc. There is an export function into Quickbooks, plus other functions.
We are looking for a serious programmer who is willing to work closely with me via IM to complete this work in a timely manner. And to be available once completed to make updates, etc. that the client may have.
Due to the privacy of the information in this site, we cannot give you access to the backoffice until we have accepted a programmer … so please do not ask or be offended.

Your quote should provide us with what programming you will us, ASP.net, php, etc. and the type of database you would require, MySQL, MSSQL, etc. Your quote should also provide us with approximately how many hours you anticipate this project taking and your total charge. We will set up milestones for this job with a set price for each milestone and payment will be made at the completion of each milestone.
