I have a Drupal theme designed for Drupal 7. It was not completed correctly. I need to create a couple of additional regions for blocks and convert the current content to fit those new blocks (I’m fine with using Panels for this)… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: CSS, Drupal, HTML, PHP, Website Design)
