The site has jomsocial installed. There is a known bug with joomla 1.5 where password reset process is hampered with timeout (?) described here: http://docs.joomla.org/Confirm_password_in_1.5.16 – We have tried this method to no avail… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: CMS, Joomla, PHP, Script Install)
