This project is for the design of a landing page that can have data entered into it by users that will be reported in our php database. The page will be similar to the following link:
http://aimfundraising.com/sign-up.php
A new section would be created in our existing admin section that would display all of the data. Also, an automated email would be created and sent to the users once they have completed the form and also to us letting us know someone has signed up.
The page should be very seo friendly.
