I am looking to update a logo. The size of the logo must be 368×154, it must have a transparent background, not black like the image attached. It must be sent in png and .gif formats. The attached image is a basic layout idea that I am looking for. I am not graphic designer and need help creating a better looking logo that is similar to the one attached.
