Hi we have 2 videos, both are mp4 files, one plays on ipad / ipod touch / iphone and the other doesn’t.
it will play
but this one won’t play.
Need you to fix the video to play on iphone/touch/ipad and the image resolution should be exactly 538 width x720 height.
