I have a picture rating website site that needs some of its code rewritten. Pictures should be turned into thumbnails on uploading not when they are displayed like they are currently. So the database holds both the original picture and the thumbnail version. The top.php needs to be rewritten to include pagination and only displaying 10 at a time. Currently displays all. Also cache mechanism for the images so that the current load is taken off the server.
