Two similar templates required, the template MUST be in 3D and Glossy format, I have uploaded a sample of the template structures, you can use your own choice of colours to make the template, and we can revise if they are not good.
The template name customer interface will have the type of images drawing used here http://www.paypoint.com/ note in the middle this is an image to show TOPUP and not SMS,
the overall example of the structure of the template can be found here www.paymenex.com Do not worry about the logo, you can put a place holder. YOu are required to design and upond our approval, then you will slice it in HTML and deliver in zip folder containing the html file in web2.0 or later Css/ and images, the pages will linked to the other using the MERCHANT and CUSTOMER table located on top right corner.
