we require a basic but nice looking crm system with the details below.
the system can be either a desktop application or a web version. if a web version then needs to be php, mysql, ajax format:
ability to add in new clients and to appoint them as either a franchisee, reseller or distributor
client details to have normal contact information eg name, address, phone, email fields, ect
fields for hosting income, build costs, no of sites (there maybe a couple of others if so we will advise but at time of writting cannot forsee any others required)
reporting – should be able to produce reports as follows:
For resellers in a county (number of sites per each, monthly income per each, total site build income)
for distributors per county (number of sites per each, monthly income per each, total site build income)
