We need sounds recording software for Windows XP/Vista/7 to MP3 files. We would like to be able to records any sounds from sound card (in and out), including voice conversations via Skype, Yahoo msng, Google Talk, Magic jack etc… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: .NET, C++ Programming, PHP, Visual Basic, Windows Desktop)
