I will provide you with a WordPress theme and a mockup of a header along with the high res elements to create the header, and you will fashion it into a blank html page in 2 sizes. This will require no design work. You will also create a simple footer with images or graphics of healthy foods, and you will size the footer to fit the html pages. I will need 3 versions of this footer and will choose 1. This will be a very easy job, but I need it completed between the hours of 8AM EST and 12 Noon EST, USA time. You will need to find or create your own graphics/images for the simple footer. Attached is the header mockup, along with the logo, and the image to create it. The theme elements can be captured from www.peakperformancegolfswing.com/betterbodyformula. All you will need are the header, footer, and outer page framing to create 2 html pages… one that matches the themes width and the other will be 600 pixels wide.
