Require an app to read and attempt multiple choice questions on hand held devices. Will accept either iPhone or Android design. Interface must allow user to select a customised question set based on Database tags. Code must be amenable to building on later for more detailed versions of app.
Programmer must be
– experienced in developing iPhone or Android apps
– able to communicate with me frequently, and sufficiently well, in English
– willing to work to a mutually agreed deadline
