I am looking to create a notes taking software that is able to record both audio mic input + writing pad input + insert images or text and convert them into flash files like the one in the link below

click preview and you will see the flash playing. i also want to create a website to store this files, please tell me if you know if there is API for this already so we can proceed with website building immediately.
the software will save the created files in .prj extension so that others can’t use them. Only I can access them, edit and convert into secure flash files before uploading
