budget is $10 so dont bid more than that, and you must have a Yahoo messenger or MSN.
the requirement would be less complicated :
– I will personally work with you as well with the php coding, however i am not fluent with php in which thats why i open this project.
– The videos/media are hosted on youtube, users already can share this on my site using the video module, so that is not an issue.
– modify the jcow video module so that it can have 5 star rating which user can rate on the site (not on youtube).
– the ratings will also shown on the latest stream of activity
– user can search media/video by ratings using another page
– add a function when inserting the video link that the video is an actual work of the user and not someone elses. Maybe like a radio check box or something like that.
– if you do great, more jobs 🙂 and maybe continue to develop this site.
– again.. budget is $10 i cant go higher sry
