-Users register accounts.
-Users who want questions answered add funds to their account balance with paypal.
-A user (the “student”) posts a question. The question can be viewed by all users.
-Other users (the “tutors”) post answers for a price. Any user except the one asking can post an answer.
-The student purchases an answer from a tutor. The price the tutor listed is deducted from the student’s account balance.
-The purchase price (minus some commission, which the site keeps) is transferred to the tutor’s account balance.
-The student can also purchase answers from other tutors if desired.
-Any user can purchase answers, not just the user who asked the question.
-Users can withdraw their balance to paypal or use it to ask other questions.
