I am in need of a completely fresh site, design, graphics, seo, etc, I am HOPING TO KEEP a small budget, simply by using like Joomla or a similar CMS and using an e-commerce template.
This is going to be used for buying and selling of virtual video game accounts, basically people will be able to go to my site, and fill out a form to sell their account to me, and I will have tons of accounts for sale, users can go to the site, search, get more details on the specific accounts, and purchase them via credit card / paypal integration.
