I want to develop a site on rating classic cars. I want the user to login post there car and be able to rate and make comments. I want a discussion are where users can discuss topics on classic cars and restoration. I would like a great rating system designed in php and mysql I want a custom built site. I want the top rated to also have an area on the right with recent activity down the middle, and some more features that I will think of later.
