Hello, i need a programmer which is able to make a program for me. I would recommend a german programmer, but people which can speak english are too welcome. The program must run on every PC without any framework (.net or so) or additional DLLs… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: C Programming, C++ Programming)
