I am looking for an experienced programmer with good design skills to make a few changes to a website to improve the overall look. I want this website to look more appealing and professional.
You will make a copy of the main website, place it in a sub-folder and make changes to the copy. DO NOT change the live website. Just make changes to a copy of it and after final revisions and approval, you will launch it and it will replace the current design. You are making a beta version of a new design.
Content, organization and layout will remain the same. most of these changes are only to the “appearance” and design of the site.

objective: make website look more “classy” and “professional”
changes:
1. change background color to a light beige or light tan
2. change tagline, “Your Source for Acquisition and Disposition of Las Vegas Industrial Properties”. New tagline: “Industrial Buildings for Lease or Sale”
3. remove search bar at top right corner.
4. change font style
5. change font color to a dark color that matches the new background color
6. remove “Call” and “email” from the top right corner
7. change top menu to: home | about | investing | properties | Las Vegas | statistics | international investors
8. Insert a small text boxes on the right side, below slideshow, on all other pages (except for home page). These boxes will contain short testimonials from customers – I will provide testimonials.
9. Please use font style, background color, text colors similar to: http://www.templatemonster.com/flash-templates/11200.html I really like the “look and feel” of this website. Make the new design similar to this example.
10. On “Properties” page, please make the thumbnail images much bigger. try to fit 15 properties per page.
11. Please don’t make changes to the main site, just make a copy of the main site to a sub-folder and make all changes to the sub-folder.
12. Please don’t make any changes to the current SEO and SEM on this site.
Please remember the site is currently live and functional, please don’t make any other changes to the site without permission. Please make a copy of the site and download it to your computer if necessary.
I am open to suggestions. I want this website to look very professional and classy.
