I am looking for a joomla programmer to implement text scroller for a recruitment website which will show the latest vacancies added in the past 24 hours.
The text scroller will show the vacancy title and date & time it was added.
It will automatically update the vacancy by the adding a new vacancy title and time and date from a backend list of 100 vacancy titles (which can be amended in the back end), randomly selecting a vacancy title then adding it with the date and time it was added.
It will update between 0900 and 1630 GMT daily with 6 – 8 additions a day at random time intervals. To make it look as though a human has been adding the vacancies through out the day.
It will be fully automated and remove the last the old vacancies once they are over 24 hours old as well.
It is to go on 199recruitment.com on the front page under the latest vacancies section. Font and style to match existing on the site.

Will Scroll vertically and will have no border. Can amend an existing module on the joomla.org site if this is the easiest way to do.
