Im looking for some one that can setup the visual side of my incentive web site aka GPT (get paid to) site. I can pay very quickly via pay pal or check. Prospect need to know HTML, CSS, and SMARTY TEMPLATES this is a must. Because the back end is FSR that means all files are un coded and ready to go.
