Need script to power a fully functional turnkey site similar to http://www.twiends.com/ .
Requirements:
Clean css based interface.
Script should be easy to translate and re-designed. A multi-language and template system is preferred.
All source code is required for future development / other projects. Please specify if any restrictions are involved.

Extras, suggest for extra project:
Extra API integrations (other that twitter, facebook pages, websites) if possible are a plus (ie. Youtube, Delicious, Digg).
