Customizations are needed for the iproperty component for Joomla.
Joomla Iproperty Quick Search
1. As the user fills in the search fields, the form needs to display total # of results. Example search form would be here http://www.collinsgrouprealty.com/ The quick search also needs to go to the advanced search view upon submit
Iproperty Advanced Search
1. The advanced search form needs to change the “sale type” select field into checkboxes.
2. We need to add new checkbox fields for “Short Sales” , “New Listings”
3. We need a drop down field for “Price Drops” that with options for how many days back.
4. In the advanced search results we need to add a column for the property image. The client wants this to rotate 3 images from the property gallery
Custom Joomla Modules
1. We need a featured agent module – This could just be a simple module that displays agent data, the parameters could include a drop down so the admin can just choose which agent to display.
