Need a facebook app in which you can pull up a your friends and rate them on some qualities (for eg. hair style, dressing style, etc.). Friends will be notified about someone rating them on their wall with a link to the app.. There will be a leaderboard with the top rated friends as well as global top rated people.
also in the app it should have a button to vote for those referred to great a top list(hotguy) ranking according to likes (votes)
all should include the fan page layout and links to web site
should be able to monetize with adsense ,clickback and various other programs
