I require a technical writer
Someone who can:
– Understand websites
– Draw wireframes
– Write technical specifications
– Write business rules
I am building a website similar to localdirt.com and bookofcooks.com
I do not really like any of these sites, so i will take some functionality from each of them, and add my own functionality.
I require someone to write the technical specs for this project, and draw the wireframes
This will include Front End, and Admin Pages.
The person will need to do some research, offer some ideas,
The deliverable is a minimum 25 page document which includes for each page
– WireFrame
– Table with functionality of each component on the page
– Business Rules
– Technical Rules
– etc etc
Remember this is required for EACH PAGE
it should be details enough so i can give it to a developer who can take it and develop it
