Someone is sending spam through my server. Need fix asap. by hibuddy

I have a server running on CentOS and recently I have been attacked by a spammer (I believe) who is exploting my server by sending mail through root@myservername… If I turn off the ability to send… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: Apache, Linux, PHP, System Admin)
