I need multiple posters that write well in english
The posts need to well written as this is a new forum.All users must register as members to post.Multiple posters needed

The requirement is for long term untill we have at least 500 users using the forum.
The payment will be done based on the achievement of goal. the goal is to get no of users who will be using the forum.
You can suggest a payment model considering this performance criteria. The site is indian and we also need experts from india. Please do not make a monthly payment model. the model should be based on the performance criteria as mentioned above.
Minimum no of things required to be done on a daily basis:
– 10 Post in the forum with reasonable size consisting of question and answers.
– 10 link building by submitting in external forums.
