I want a cloned website template that looks exactly like this one:

I need the black navigation bar at the top exactly as this one appears, except the words/links. I need to be able to add links and small images to this bar, and edit it how I want. I need to be able to make the page as long or short as I want as well.
I will supply the content, text, video, and images, but I need to make sure I can change the text, the color, size, add images and video – all from Dreamweaver.
I need the same ‘ok or cancel’ exact same pop up window to come up from javascript, but not the chat window, and the screen to get dark. I will alter the text of the pop up.
This project should be very easy if you are familiar with simple design, with PHP and javascript, especially since it’s a clone php site.
I will need everything to be placed in a folder and subfolders as if it were needed to be uploaded so it will work with proper path names.
I need to be able to build several sites from this versatile template.
