We need a simple facebook application — photo contest app Specs as follow:
1. App displays in the tab, user don’t leave the fanpage
2. User uploads the photos.
3. Description of the contest above photos.
4. Admin has an ability to delete any photo entree. Only admin no user can delete submited photos
5. Every photo accompanied with a visible caption and click-able for enlarged view.
6. Voting engine is one vote per user, must be a page fan.
7. User may post the choice on his/her wall.
8. Post-vote app layout (and for returning user) contains short post-vote description and displays user’s choice as featured photo, and all the other photos underneath
