Hello, I am starting a web design business and I am in need of a person that is willing to do all of the coding to my sites. css, cms, joomla, word press, e commerce etc. I Need someone who is willing to do this at a low rate. Being a young entrepreneur I plan on undercutting my competition by providing professional websites at lower rates. Give in mind these websites will be basic. I need someone who is fluent in english and is going to be able to devote enough time into this business. I plan on keeping this a three man operation ( 1 sales, 1 designer -myself, and a coder – you ). My goal is for the three of us to make money.
