i would like either Ready made or Coding to be done from scratch for an Advanced Penny Auction site
The preferable platforms are JSP/MySql or ASP.NET,C sharp/MSSQL or Colfusion or any other good platform
The site or software should be unique with all major auction or popular auction types should be integrated in it.
