rss submitter for Joomla 1.5 by yayadk

I would like to have a model for Joomla that will take ALL the rss feeds on the site/rss i choose that put there and submit them to the biggest rss sites. There should be an option of adding rss sites… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: Joomla)
