Team must have at least one person fluent in English and available on Skype/Email for frequent communications.
Team must have their own intelligence and insight to add value to the project.
Code must be able to handle thousands of simultaneous users, transaction processing and email transmissions.
All rights and work shall remain ours. All work to remain confidential. No aspect of the project may be shared or discussed with others.
