2. I need you to build me a simple web mailer script that I can use to email all these email addresses. The web mailer script will allow me to enter a “from email address”, “a subject line”, and “an email body”.
3. This web mailer script will also limit the amount of emails it sends out each hour to only 50. Every hour it will continue to send out emails until all the email addresses have been sent to.
