I need to create a basic Joomla template from the following design. I have completed the XHTML/CSS so you will only be converting it into a Joomla template.

Also need a simple file upload module developed to allow admin to upload articles (pdf/links). You can make it or modify a readymade one.

Front end functionality:
Latest articles, Search articles, filter article by category, tags, author, and type. Order by date and title.
Joomla Admin:-
In the Joomla admin panel i should be able to:-
•Add Category
•Add Author
•Add Publication Type
Article adding form:-
•Title
•Author
•Year Published
•Category
•Author
•Tags
•More Info
•PDF or Link or both!
