Seeking a web designer who can help design a nice Flash Banner to be used for a Xenforo forum.

I would like something like that. Please PM me for my forum URL so you can match our design! We require you to provide us with the Flash files so we can edit it ourself after.
I have a few ideas but I really like the moving balls. If you have some ideas please let me know via PM with your idea. This is a small budget project and im not looking to spend 100’s of dollars. Please also provide me with some of your sample flash designs.
