Would like to have clients be able to log in and open a trouble ticket. We need to have an administrative backend to be able to upload and manage their profile. (Ex: Client ABC has 10 computers. I want them to be able to log in to their profile and choose which of the 10 computers is having an issue. I would like once they pick which computer is having the issue for them to also be able to have a drop down with certain common issues. Also a place for a brief description of what the problem is.)
Would like to be able to set up an automatic payment schedule system for the clients. Both Credit Card and EChecks. This is not part of what the client can change or remove.
