The site is a micro freelancing site (minuteworkers .com), we are planning to update the site according to users feedback. The general list of updates needed is as follows:
– Employer report function for denied proofs.
– Worker spam report function – automatic banning + admin analysis.
– Finished jobs page cleaned up.
– Finished jobs page the job can be clicked to find job description.
– Flags will appear in job titles according to geo targets.
– Job top up function, employers increase amount of workers needed while job is running
– Revive job, if job has been completed you may re-post it at a later date (information stored) and it will save previous workers and prevent duplicates.
– Finished jobs page under proof the max limit of characters increased.
– Message inbox system one button deletes all messages.
– Second chance updates:
– Slot for worker will be saved for 24 hours so the worker gets a chance to complete the job again.
– Time will be shown to state how long the worker has got there slot for.
– The proof of the second chanced job will be sent back to the worker.
– More template design when creating jobs with generic common proofs E.G IP, EMAIL, USERNAME.
– Worker account disabled feature – automatically disabled if spam proofs are sent. Once disabled they are alerted to admins for analysis.
– New rule:When a job is completed a message clearly says that any attempt to unfairly or wrongly deny workers will result in prompt permanent ban, without the chance to appeal.
– Workers will have ranks and experience points to rank up
– workers will have milestone rewards depending on how many jobs they complete.
– Workers with high ranks can be requested by employers.
– Workers can work by category E.G simple sign ups, downloads etc
– Registering will require the Paypal/Alertpay email, no more entering each time per withdrawal
– Registering will require user email to be entered twice to stop mistakes.
– Category system for job creation needs to restrict minimum price so values can not be edited. E.G if they click category download the money amount can not go below the stated category.
– Finished job page will be pruned every 45 days.
– Profile system implemented.
– Speed settings added to job.
– Will be mandatory to state why a task was denied.
Admin Panel Updates
When job created the category of the job needs to be displayed in the admin panel
– IP banning page, to ban enter username or user id
– Employer report, when job is denied unfairly a report is sent this system needs to be updated in the following ways:
New admin section containing all unanswered reports.
When an employer denies a workers proof a feature needs to be added which allows them to report the employer for unfair denial, this report must be sent to the admin panel under a new section. In the admin panel it must state the username who sent the report + the proof which was denied. This then needs to be shown with the job details itself so an admin can see if the proof is incorrect. Buttons need to be added which then decide the outcome of this case there will be two possible outcomes. 1. THe report is accurate the the admin can click a button to refund the worker. A message is sent to the employer in this case 2. The report is false, send message to worker + delete record. A button on the side also needs to allow the admin to remove the job from the system.
If 5 of these reports are received within 48 hours the job is disabled, when a job is disabled it is placed in the admin panel under a new section. Job details displayed on this page + the denied and second chanced proofs. The buttons on this page must include Resume job, remove job and refund denied workers.
When a worker has been reported for spam 5 times a section in the admin panel needs to be created to handle the spam workers. In this section the username and ID needs to be shown plus the number of times reported for spam. Below this needs to show all proofs submitted by the worker.
Buttons need to be placed for actions such as ban user, delete this spam warning and set spam number for that user again 0.

This is a very general specification of the updates, it is to be used as a guideline. Once work starts we will keep constant communication as each bullet point is constructed and updated. We will tell you how we want each element done. As the updates are carried out we may ask for small extras to be included per page as constructive feedback.
We will be needing the freelancer to have MSN or SKYPE to communicate with us preferably by voice but text messenger is acceptable.
