The code has to run at the givex site, and the e2ma.net site should receive the email field as if it were being run from the minimalist e2ma.net form (so that form wouldn’t be necessary, but the submit code is there).
So the submit button at givex has to perform it’s function as well as the function at the e2ma.net form.
Source code at each of the pages should make this pretty clear.
